S-Tier Elixirs
| Elixir | Effect | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Hill Giant Strength | STR = 21 until long rest | Any STR build. Replaces stat points. |
| Bloodlust | Extra action after killing an enemy (once/turn) | Fighters, Paladins, anyone with multi-attack |
| Vigilance | +5 initiative, can’t be surprised | Everyone. Going first wins fights. |
| Universal Resistance | Resistance to all damage | Boss fights. Pre-fight buff on everyone. |
A-Tier Elixirs
| Elixir | Effect | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud Giant Strength | STR = 27 until long rest | Act 3 melee builds. Uncraftable — buy/find only. |
| Battlemage’s Power | +3 spell DC until long rest | Wizards, Sorcerers, Clerics |
| Heroism | +10 temp HP + Blessed until long rest | Pre-fight buff for martial classes |
| Peerless Focus | Advantage on concentration saves + cannot be put to sleep | Spirit Guardians Clerics, Haste casters |
How to Craft Elixirs
Open Alchemy menu (H key). Extract ingredients from herbs, mushrooms, and monster parts. Combine 3 of the same ingredient to create a potion/elixir.
Key Ingredients to Always Pick Up
- Hill Giant Finger: Hill Giant Strength
- Worg Fang: Bloodlust
- Hyena Ear: Speed potion
- Mergrass: Resistance potions
- Any Ashes: Various elixirs (check recipes)
