| Hag Hair | +1 to any | Auntie Ethel (Act 1). Spare her at low HP, pass Intimidation/Persuasion. |
| Potion of Everlasting Vigour | +2 STR | Araj Oblodra (Moonrise Towers). Let Astarion bite her. |
| Mirror of Loss | +2 to any | House of Grief (Act 3). Offer a memory (DC 25 Religion to keep the +2). Can give up to +3 total. |
| Necromancy of Thay | +1 WIS (DC 20) | Complete the book quest. Give up a memory to the mirror. |
