What Is a Sorlock?
Sorcerer 10 / Warlock 2 — the most efficient Eldritch Blast caster in the game. You convert Warlock spell slots into Sorcery Points before short resting for infinite SP. Then Quicken Eldritch Blast for 6+ beams per turn.
Level Progression
- 1-5: Sorcerer (Metamagic at 2-3, Fireball at 5)
- 6-7: Warlock 2 (Eldritch Blast, Agonizing Blast, Devil’s Sight)
- 8-12: Sorcerer 6-10
Stats
CHA 17 → primary. DEX 14, CON 16. Everything else dump.
Combat Rotation
- Bonus Action: Hex (target has disadvantage on ability checks)
- Action: Eldritch Blast (3 beams at level 11 = 3d10 + 15 force damage)
- Quicken Spell (2 SP): Eldritch Blast as Bonus Action = 3 more beams
- Total: 6 beams per turn = 6d10 + 30 force damage
Why Warlock 2 Only
Agonizing Blast (+CHA to each beam) and Devil’s Sight. More Warlock levels delay Sorcerer spell progression. Level 2 dip is the sweet spot.

- Sorcerer 8: War Caster (or Alert)
