1. Solve the Open Hand Temple murders in Rivington
2. Find the murder weapon list leads to the Murder Tribunal
3. Kill or join the Murder Tribunal in the Undercity
4. Gain entry to the Bhaal Temple through the door in the Undercity
5. Navigate past the Bhaalist assassins to Orin’s chamber

Orin Boss Mechanics

Orin has 210 HP and Unstoppable (10 stacks). Unstoppable blocks ALL damage from every source. You must remove all 10 stacks before you can deal real damage.

How Unstoppable Works

• Each hit removes 1 stack (regardless of damage amount)
• After all 10 stacks are gone, Orin takes normal damage for the rest of the round
• At the start of her turn, if any Bhaal cultists are alive and chanting, they restore stacks

Removing Unstoppable Fast

Step-by-Step Strategy

Phase 1: Remove Stacks + Save Companion (Turn 1-2)

• Cast Magic Missile (upcast to level 4-6) to strip 4-7 stacks immediately
• Follow up with Eldritch Blast or Fighter multi-attack to clear remaining stacks
• Use Bonus Actions to free your kidnapped companion from the altar

Phase 2: Kill Cultists (Turn 2-3)

• Bhaal cultists in the corners chant to restore Orin’s Unstoppable
• Kill them with AoE (Fireball, Spirit Guardians) or ranged attacks
• 4 cultists total, one in each corner of the arena

Phase 3: Burst Orin (Turn 3-4)

• With cultists dead and stacks gone, Orin is vulnerable
• Use your strongest single-target abilities: Divine Smite, Action Surge, Disintegrate
• She has Slayer Form at low HP — keep pressure on

Arena Hazard: The Chasm

Orin can push characters into the chasm (instant death). Position with your back to walls or pillars.
